Born in June 1950 in Henan Linyin, he became standing committee member of CPC Zhengzhou Committee, executive vice mayor of Zhengzhou Municipanl Government and deputy secretary of CPC Zhengzhou Municipal Committeee in 2001.
In 2006, he is the secretary of CPC Zhengzhou Municipal Committeee, member and standing committee member of Henan CPC Committee. Born in June 1950 in Henan Linyin, he became standing committee member of CPC Zhengzhou Committee, executive vice mayor of Zhengzhou Municipanl Government and deputy secretary of CPC Zhengzhou Municipal Committeee in 2001.
In 2006, he is the secretary of CPC Zhengzhou Municipal Committeee, member and standing committee member of Henan CPC Committee.
