The international service trade and outsourcing industry is stepping into an unparalleled golden period of development around the world. "Global Service Trade & Outsourcing Summit (GSTOS)” (formerly “Global Outsourcing Summit”), is a highest-level international service trade and outsourcing summit, jointly organized by APCEO and relevant governments of the main outsourcing countries. The summit is the milestone in the development of global service trade and outsourcing. (In 2014, the initiator and sponsor of the summit—APCEO officially renamed the summit as “Global Service Trade and Outsourcing Summit (GSTOS)”.) GSTOS is aimed at integrating global service trade and outsourcing resources, exploring the development law of global service trade and outsourcing, promoting optimized collocation of global economic resource, developing international cooperation in service trade and outsourcing, building global service trade and outsourcing centers, order-taking centers and distribution centers as well as fostering brand enterprises in the global service trade and outsourcing industry. By 2013, the summit has been successfully held for six times. The participants of the summit is composed by chiefs from leading service outsourcers and service providers worldwide, IAOP 100(Global Outsourcing 100 companies), Fortune 500 companies, Forbes 2000 companies, listed companies, important academic institutions as well as international organizations.
