The State Council General Office has approved Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Dalian, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Harbin, Chengdu, Nanjing, Xi’an, Jinan, Hangzhou, Hefei, Nanchang, Changsha, Daqing, Suzhou ,Wuxi, Xiamen and etc. as China’s outsourcing model cities. China's Vice Premier Wang Qishan said that the country should take advantage of the rare opportunity to expand the outsourcing industry. Each model city must strengthen their responsibilities, put policies into effect, and explore doughtily based on their local conditions to ensure good and quick effects.
